In a new install with the new package it asks for your registration key thus creating the registry key the update was looking for. This is why a re-installation works but an update does not. ![]() In the middle of the log it states that it could not find the registration code and gives the registry key it looked in. ![]() However looking at the end of the install log it says that build 6569 is already installed! I checked the version through the about/help and found that the installer actually updated the program but displays and error that it failed. This could indicate a network error, an error reading from the CD-ROM, or a problem with this package" Which means there is a PATH variable that is not set correctly in the installer or the environmental variables. "The file '_2_xxxxx' cannot be installed because the file cannot be found in cabinet file 'data1.cab'. I still get "a new update is available for TrueImage 20. ![]()
